now iґjust connected my HU to the Emulator, but there also are only a "START" after power-on, and lots of "CD Error".

Could you please help me with this problem??

just enabled LOG.
There is at first a "Start", if powered on. But at next there always comes "CD-Error". I think this is ok, because there is no HU connected.

is it possible to get the layout-files (i think they are made in eagle)?

How is the player exactly connected to your interface?
On your english page i found two pictures: one picture with a complete view of the player. on this one the emulator is connected via the max202 to the player. but on your homepage you write, there is no need for the max202. Does this mean, the player could be connected to the emulator directly over RXD, TXD & GND?
