Don't know if this is the right place to post.
I have got a Pioneer AVIC X1 HU sat\nav, dvd, mp3 system fitted.
My HU can play mp3 cd's with the internal deck, and i can get track info on the display.
I also have a Non mp3 cd changer (6cd) fitted, this is connected useing the IP-BUS.
I have tryed putting a cd with mp3 tracks on, into the changer, but i don't get anything on the
display, no folders or track list.
I have been told that it needs to be an mp3 cd changer.
I have been looking for a mp3 cd changer that will replace the one i got, but it must be IP-BUS wired.
After weeks of looking around, it looks like Pioneer don't do an mp3 cd changer!!
but most other
makes do, but not with IP-BUS system.
What i need to know is, is there an interface or one in design that can use the IP-BUS from a Pioneer
AVIC X1 HU to another make of mp3 cd changer ?, and show the tracks info on the AVIC X1 HU display ?
