hello vitat...

Is it possible to changes the values  10Kohm to 1Kohm and the 1Mohm to 100Kohm  thus keeping the amplification at 100 times...
or would it put too much strain on the ip-bus / can driver?

No. You must use 10k resistor. I found this nominals experimentaly. But it possible dont using 1M resistor, this resistor usied only for stability.

U use the feedback network with the 1 Mohm for stability?
isn't a schmitt trigger configuration a better solution?
