is it possible to get the layout-files (i think they are made in eagle)?

How is the player exactly connected to your interface?
On your english page i found two pictures: one picture with a complete view of the player. on this one the emulator is connected via the max202 to the player. but on your homepage you write, there is no need for the max202. Does this mean, the player could be connected to the emulator directly over RXD, TXD & GND?

Yes. I connected directly RXD, TXD and GND from MCU to MCU. And I not desoldered MAX202 from yampp board. And I not soldered MAX202 on emulator board.

I am very sorry that I not answer for a long time.
And I am sorry, I not at once understood that you need a PCB layout. I have not this right now. I am working on PCB. I only have a schematic in ORCAD.
But, McSim send me his PCB layout in Accel EDA v.14. (Thanks for him)

My some comments for this layout:
1. This PCB is a first version of my schematic, where used internal comparator in microcontroller.
It's possible. It's works. But!
2. You need to place a 10k resistor between "Hi comparator input" and "GND".
3. You need uncomment string
#define INTERNAL_COMAPARTOR
in file Constant.h and recompile the code.
