Noise in radio

Hi!

I have hooked my Yampp3 up to the IPbus (just audio).

When the player is on, and I'm listening to radio, there is a LOT of noise in the radiosignal.

Do you have any ideas of how to solve this problem?

Where your Power Source for yampp?

The Car battery, same as the radio!

There is also a power out for CD changer (max 300 mA) that I can use, both make noise in the radio signal.

Maybe I should shield my player in a metal case, and decouple the supply with some large capacitors...

any other ideas?

I meen converter from 12V to 5V. And what converter you are using?

The converter is built on to the Yampp3/USB, so it will work with anything within 7 - 18 Volts.

It is a MAX1626ESA. The schematic for ti is here:

It is already well decoupled with all the capacitors.
